How long does it take for my order to arrive?
For seasonal gift, once your order has been confirmed, we require 2-7 working days to proceed and reach to your doorstep.
For customized gifts, the lead time will differ based on the customer’s requirements.
Does the price of the product include shipping?
No. Shipping fees are not included in the product prices.
How much does shipping fees cost per order?
Peninsular Malaysia: RM5.90
Free shipping with total purchase of RM250 and above.
Do I have the option of choosing another courier company?
Currently, we only use one courier company, so we don’t have any other options. Note that we reserve the right to change the courier delivery company for your order due to packaging wise and unavoidable circumstances.
Can I self-pick-up?
Yes. But self-pick-up only available within Old Klang Road area.
For Melaka area, we can make the necessary arrangements if you inquire within.
Kindly reach out to us before you wish to self-pick-up.
Do you ship to West Malaysia / Internationally?
We’re sorry but we only provide shipping services within Peninsular Malaysia for now.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?

How can I track on my order status and tracking number?
Tracking number and order status will be updated to you in 1-3 working days upon your order confirmation. The status will be updated regularly.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We only accept FPX and bank transfer via our website for this moment.
For bank transfer, kindly upload your bank transfer receipt with order number as reference during checkout.
What is your return policy? Can I exchange or refund an order?
All gifts sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
We believe in delivering what we promise, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds on items purchased.
